Our services
We design, deliver and evaluate experiences for people, to help you create more delightful, welcoming places.
If you want to embed justice, joy and sustainability and put humans at the centre of your approach to urban planning, design and mobility, you’re in the right place.
Our Current Offerings
Public Experience Measurement
We conduct data collection and analysis for measurement and evaluation insights. We use international best practice methods and novel techniques to gather human experiences and translate them into locally generated stories, knowledge and ideas for inclusive, evidence-based planning, design and place-making.
We use both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Our offerings include pre/post public life studies, pedestrian and cycle counts, place quality audits, inclusive walkshops, wheelalongs, and ridealongs, sensory impact assessments, transport quality mystery travellers, intercept surveys and more. We deliver collaboratively with partner organisations wherever possible to ensure we include many different voices.
We can present data and produce findings and recommendations in a variety of formats including case studies, reports, and multimedia publications.
Participatory Engagement Processes
We design and facilitate community engagement and co-creation processes to discover what people need from places, programs and mobility infrastructure in their communities, to meaningfully include them in planning, design and use.
Workshops + Presentations
We offer experiential learning, workshops and presentations to inspire, inform and entertain audiences at conferences and events, from sensory memory experiments, to gender mainstreaming in mobility planning, to cultivating place-love via urban wandering walkshops.
Our Gender Inclusion Workshops are briefings and inquisitive facilitated dialogues for leaders and staff to learn more about including girls and women, understand the advantages and tools available, and build their inclusion capabilities and systems.
